After the accident, Bhansali Productions had announced a compensation of ₹40 lakh, however, now AICWA (All India Cine Workers Association) has filed a complaint against Sanjay Leela Bhansali, demanding action and stating that the victim’s family should be given a compensation of ₹1 crore. The association wrote a letter to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, demanding that an FIR be registered against Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Informing about this, the association stated in a social media post, ‘This incident has raised serious questions regarding the adherence to safety measures on film shooting sets. It is surprising that even on the set of this mega-budget film, starring big stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and Alia Bhatt, mandatory safety rules were not followed, leading to the tragic death of an employee.
