Salman Khan mocks Riteish Deshmukh’s hosting:Actor says ‘His job is in danger’; jokes about Sohail and Seema

Bollywood actor Salman Khan recently took a playful dig at Riteish Deshmukh, who is hosting a reality show for the first time. Salman remarked while appearing on Amazon Prime Video’s The Alliance to support his younger brother, Sohail Khan. During the episode, he also joked about Sohail’s divorce from ex-wife Seema Sajdeh, saying Sohail had taken all the blame on himself even though he knew the full story. Sohail, a contestant on The Alliance, became emotional after meeting Salman on the show. As soon as he entered the house, Salman joked, “Don’t worry, I’m not the host here.” He then praised the show before teasing Riteish Deshmukh, saying, “I think Riteish Deshmukh’s job is in danger.” The remark was seen as a light-hearted dig at Riteish, who is currently hosting Netflix’s Lock Upp 2. Salman hints at Sohail’s divorce during the show A new promo from The Alliance also shows Salman Khan speaking about Sohail Khan’s divorce from Seema Sajdeh. While talking to his brother, Salman asks whether he still listens to Seema. He then says, “I don’t know whether I should say this or not, but my great brother took all the blame on himself. As his brother, I know how much he tried. I know what we have seen. All this time, he kept taking everything upon himself.” Sohail had earlier praised Seema on the show Seema Sajdeh had entered The Alliance as a wild card contestant earlier this season. During her entry, host Kunal Kemmu asked Sohail how he felt seeing his ex-wife on the show. Sohail responded warmly, saying they had spent 25 years together. He described Seema as a beautiful and kind-hearted person and added that if there had ever been any mistakes in their relationship, he believed they were on his part. Salman recalls his time in jail During the conversation, Salman Khan also spoke about his experience of spending time in jail. Recalling those days, he told Sohail Khan and the other contestants, “Years ago, when I went to jail, there were iron bars in front of us. Around 50 to 60 people had to share a single bathroom. There was an Indian-style toilet with lizards inside, and it was always overflowing with dirt.” Salman shared the incident while comparing the conditions in jail with the facilities available inside The Alliance house, leaving the contestants surprised.
