Passengers trying to search for flights or make new bookings on the website of the airline operated by InterGlobe Aviation were not able to see schedules and fares. The platform was showing a ‘No Data Available’ error. The airline issued a service advisory informing about the system malfunction. IndiGo said that its technical teams are working together with technology partners to resolve the issue. What impact is it having on passengers? IndiGo Issues Statement IndiGo said in a statement, “Our main reservation platform is currently experiencing intermittent issues. This may cause some customers to face difficulties in using our online services.” The airline said, “Our teams are working on priority basis with our partners to resolve this issue as soon as possible.” Passengers advised to open website or app later IndiGo has asked passengers with non-urgent travel plans to use digital channels again after some time. Passengers needing immediate assistance have been advised to contact the customer support helpline. The advisory stated, “Customers who need immediate travel assistance can contact our contact center for help. Customers whose travel is scheduled for later should try opening the website or app again after some time.” IndiGo apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers and appreciated their patience and cooperation.
