Since it was a project related to Salman Khan, he immediately agreed. However, after shooting began, he felt that Salman Khan was being portrayed in a one-sided and negative light in the film. He said, ‘I saw that in the name of making a film, that big star (Salman) was being targeted in a one-sided and very negative way. I asked the makers to show me the script. Tell me what my character would be. But they didn’t tell me anything.’ He claimed that after listening to the courtroom scenes and the lawyers’ arguments, he felt that the film’s narrative was biased. For this reason, he decided to separate himself from the project. Sonu also alleged that the makers had asked him to remove the shooting videos shared on social media.
