Major change in examination this time From this year, ICAI has reinstated the old system of conducting examinations twice a year. CA examinations will now be held only in May and November, while the January session has been discontinued. The purpose of this change is to align the examination system with the traditional academic structure. Subjects included in the exam At the intermediate level of this examination, students are evaluated in subjects such as Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and Financial Management. Information available in the scorecard The scorecard released online will provide marks for each subject, total marks obtained, pass or fail status, and, if applicable, information about distinction. ICAI’s special advice for students ICAI has advised candidates to be cautious of result links shared on social media or other unofficial websites. Students should check their results only through the official portal. If any error is noticed in the scorecard, candidates should immediately contact ICAI’s helpdesk.
