The 150th Passing Out Parade of the National Defence Academy (NDA) was held on Saturday at Khadakwasla in Pune. Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi reviewed the Spring Term 2026 parade and attended the ceremony as the Reviewing Officer. With this event, 355 cadets joined the Indian Armed Forces. The ceremony featured a march past by the cadets. The flypast included Su-30 MKI fighter aircraft, Chetak helicopters, the Sarang Helicopter Aerobatics Team, and the Akashganga Skydiving Team. The occasion was especially significant for General Dwivedi, who is an alumnus of the 65th NDA course. He returned to his alma mater as the Reviewing Officer and was formerly part of Charlie Squadron. In his address, the Army Chief said that Operation Sindoor has set a benchmark for how India responds to provocation. He said the Indian Army is preparing itself for future challenges through the Decade of Transformation initiative.
