Ten people were killed after a fire broke out at a restaurant named Lemon Green in Delhi’s Malviya Nagar on Wednesday morning. The victims were rescued in critical condition from the restaurant’s basement. The building where the fire occurred is a five-storey structure. According to the Delhi Fire Service (DFS), information about the fire was received at 9:45 am. Three people rescued from the basement have been admitted to hospital. Ten fire tenders were deployed to extinguish the blaze, and rescue operations are still underway. According to local residents, the fire initially broke out on the ground floor of the building.
