Rajkummar Rao and South actress Keerthy Suresh starrer film ‘Raftaar’ will now be released in cinemas on October 16, 2026. The film was earlier scheduled to be released in July, but now it has been decided to bring it to the audience on the long Dussehra weekend. The film is supported by Amazon MGM Studios. The film has been produced by Patralekhaa under her banner ‘Kampa Film’. This will be Patralekhaa and Rajkummar Rao’s first theatrical film as producers. The film is directed by Aditya Nimbalkar. Tarun Bali is the executive producer of the film, while the story and screenplay are written by Rohan Narula. PVR INOX Pictures will handle the distribution of the film. Anurag Thakur, Rohan Verma, Tanya Maniktala, and Rajat Kapoor will also be seen in important roles in the film.
